To confirm your coin address for deposit, please refer to the "Deposit" tab of each crypto asset (virtual currency) under the "Account Funding" menu.
*Please select "Funds" if you use the application.
Crypto assets can be received and will be reflected in your account if you send crypto assets to the coin address shown on the screen.
Important Notes:
- Please note that it may take some time for any crypto assets (virtual currency) deposit to be reflected to your account as we process each deposit after the certain numbers of confirmations.
- Any deposits of crypto assets, tokens and or other formats not supported by bifFlyer will not be reflected to your account.
- enter a correct Destination Tag when depositing Ripple (XRP).
*If an incorrect Destination Tag is entered, the deposited XRP will not be reflected in your account.
- enter a correct Message when depositing NEM (XEM).
*If an incorrect Message is entered, the deposited XEM will not be reflected in your account.
- enter a correct Memo when depositing Stellar Lumens (XLM).
*If an incorrect Memo is entered, the deposited XLM will not be reflected in your account.
- In terms of Polygon (MATIC) deposit
The Matic (Polygon) network is not supported on our end, hence, please ensure on the sender's end that the Polygon in question is compatible with the ERC-20 token before sending.
- Please make sure to select ”ERC-20" when sending the following crypto assets to a bitFlyer account:
- Ethereum (ETH)
- Basic Attention Token (BAT)
- Chainlink (LINK)
- Polygon (MATIC)
- Maker (MKR)
- Shiba Inu (SHIB)
- Palette Token (PLT)
- The Sandbox(SAND)
We are afraid that the amount will not be reflected in your account and the refund is not available as a rule, if another network is selected.
