After logging in, from “register personal information” on the right side of the home screen, click “not entered.” Then, select “request to change personal information.”
If you need to change your address, please wait until your submitted ID verification documents are approved.
If your ID verification documents are approved:
After logging in, from “register personal information” on the right side of the home screen, click “approved.” Then, select “request to change personal information.”
If you wish to change your corporate address, or the address of your trade manager, please use the inquiry form.
